We have extensive experience in organizing travel for people with severe illness or disabilities. However, we may not be able to provide for patients who are restricted of flying or traveling long distances.

Reservations for general checkups can be made by sending GKMC
- A copy of your passport
- Your schedule
- Address and contact number
- Medication you are taking (if any)
The requirements may vary according to the patient’s choice of checkup program and hospital. In the case of serious illness, you will also need to enclose a doctor’s note from your local doctor (or medical images or video), treatments received for your condition, a copy of your passport and your schedule.

There are no additional fees following basic examination but may apply in the following circumstances:
-If the patient, after receiving professional consultation with their examination or checkup results, wishes to further their stay or receive additional examination or surgery.
-In the case of personal actions during the period of stay.

q What can you guarantee regarding treatment?

All medical institutions in Korea are approved by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and a Excellent staff, proven services, and uses appropriate equipment for disease treatment. The medical staff performs surgery for the best results, and recovery may depend on the patients’ personal condition.

The services included will depend on the patient’s choice of service. There is no deadline.

q What items are included in the travel costs?

There is no advance fee and the concierge service and checkup services are as disclosed on the site, but the cost may differ according to the patients choice of service. Generally, the fee is paid directly by the patient, after arriving in Korea before examination.

q What type of visa will I need?

Any patient and their spouse or family who accompanies the patient as caretaker, etc. wishing to receive medical treatment or rehabilitation services at a medical institution in Korea is required a medical tourism visa (C-3-3 visa, or G-1-10 visa). 

C-3-3: Short term visa for 90 days or less. Depending on the documents submitted, the visa will be valid for a duration of 30 to a maximum of 90 days. If you wish to extend your stay in Korea, you will need to submit an application to extend the period. 

If you are staying in Korea for 91 days or more after you have entered with a C-3-3 visa, you will need to extend your stay with a G-1-10 visa and apply for an Alien Registration Card (ARC).
